In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, the personal data provided to users in the Web Portal www.adngrafic.cat or sending an email will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will be part of the files belonging to SUPERGRAF, residing at No. 10 Àguila Street, Barcelona 08014.

The personal data will be processed in order to manage and respond to queries made by users via email, as well as for the commercial management linking SUPERGRAF and the User. SUPERGRAF presumed that the personal data provided, have been introduced by its holder or by the person authorized by it, and they are correct, accurate and true.

According to the current legislation on data protection, SUPERGRAF has adopted adequate security levels to the data provided by users and has also installed all means and measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and extraction of these.

The personal data provided by users will not be sold or made available to third parties, unless legally required. The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and revocation of consent given, by writing to SUPERGRAF, located on No. 10 Àliga Street, Barcelona 08014, and also sending an e-mail to: info [at] adngrafic.cat, or by calling the telephone number: 00 34 93 431 67 32.

However, SUPERGRAF reports that according to the requirements of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce, users will be asked to consent to the processing of email commercial purposes, making it possible at all times from the service.
